Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages with accuracy, creativity, and consistency
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and stock levels throughout service
• Engage guests with product knowledge, recommendations, and friendly interaction
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and beverage handling standards
• Support barback and service teams to ensure smooth bar operations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume or high-end bar/restaurant
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and during peak hours
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
