Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to brand standards
• Maintain bar setup, stock rotation, and daily mise-en-place
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all guests
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety compliance at all times
• Support the Mixologist in implementing new recipes and seasonal menus

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a licensed restaurant, lounge, or bar
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and beverage preparation
• Excellent communication and guest-engagement skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Must be currently based in Dubai
• Positive attitude, professional grooming, and passion for hospitality
