Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a fine dining setting
• Deep understanding of a variety of beverages and mixology
• Calm, charismatic presence and a genuine love for hospitality
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Desire to grow within a modern, local-produce focused restaurant
