Responsibilities

• Perform station opening and closing duties
• Greet guests promptly and follow service execution steps
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining experience
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food, drinks, and service
• Present bills, accept payments, and operate POS systems
• Uphold strict cash handling procedures and accountability
• Verify guest identification for alcohol age requirements
• Comply with all company policies, health, and safety standards

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle cash and balance cash drawers
• Ability to stand and walk for entire 8-hour shifts
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a semi-regular basis
• Physical ability to reach, bend, stoop, shake, stir, and pour
