Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with consistency and creativity
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene across the bar area
• Ensure proper stock levels, conduct daily bar checks, and assist with inventory control
• Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and deliver exceptional service
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and operational standards
• Collaborate with the bar and service teams to ensure smooth operations
• Support in developing new beverage ideas and seasonal menus

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience in a restaurant, lounge, or hotel
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques
• Excellent communication and guest-interaction skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certifications such as WSET or specialized mixology courses
