Bartender

Responsibilities

• Curate and present an exquisite selection of hand-crafted alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following luxury standards.
• Engage with guests professionally to take orders, provide tailored recommendations, and share detailed beverage information.
• Process payments accurately using the Point-of-Sale system and handle cash with precision.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of premium beverage menus, including ingredients, flavors, and preparation methods.
• Ensure the bar area is lavishly decorated, organized, and fully stocked with appropriate supplies, garnishes, and glassware.
• Manage inventory through meticulous tracking of usage, proactive reordering, and regular stock checks.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
• Collaborate with the wider team, including servers and chefs, to ensure a seamless and high-energy service experience.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of proven experience in a bartending role within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Extensive knowledge and mastery of diverse cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests and stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple orders in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations and responsible service practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Bartending Certification or related hospitality training.
