Bartender

Responsibilities

• Provide a five-star dining experience including expert knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
• Set up mise en place, bar stations, juices, garnishes, and wine stock according to SOPs
• Assist guests with seating, specialty cocktail service, and menu descriptions
• Prepare and expedite cocktails for the main dining room and private functions
• Perform breakdown and cleanup of service areas, including polishing glassware and storing liquor
• Verify customer identification to ensure legal drinking age
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a bar or high-volume bar environment
• Exemplary knowledge of spirits, wine, and food pairings
• Food Handlers Card and RBS Certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary workplace language
• Basic math and computer skills
