Bartender

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of customer service and promote a fine dining atmosphere
• Work with Executive Chef and Executive Director to ensure resident satisfaction
• Set up bar with garnishes and polish glassware
• Serve beverages according to recipes and deliver accurate orders
• Charge for drinks and maintain inventory
• Adhere to food safety practices and cleanliness standards
• Assist with special events, banquets, and theme meals
• Communicate resident preferences to the culinary team

Requirements

• One year of prior bartending experience
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Strong organization and time management
• Ability to resolve customer or team member issues
• Ability to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Ability to follow company uniform policy
