Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and beverages according to Drift Dubai standards
• Engage guests with warm, professional, and knowledgeable service
• Maintain bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure proper storage
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene regulations
• Create and recommend signature drinks to enhance the guest experience
• Collaborate with barbacks and service teams during peak hours
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately when required

Requirements

• 2–3 years of bartending experience in a high-end hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, and beverage trends
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Professional grooming and confident presentation
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• English proficiency required
