Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area
• Handle transactions and process payments accurately
• Monitor customer consumption to ensure responsible drinking
• Upsell and promote menu items and beverages
• Work with a sense of urgency and maintain strong product knowledge

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of drink preparation and cocktail recipes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Minimum of 19 years of age
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
• Ability to push, pull, and/or safely lift up to 50lbs
