Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes
• Garnish drinks to enhance presentation and flavor
• Take beverage orders and coordinate with wait staff for smooth service
• Create and suggest drink specials to boost sales
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and glassware
• Manage bar inventory and restock items as needed
• Operate POS system and cash register for accurate payments
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and inventory checks
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and legal drinking age regulations
• Handle customer complaints with a professional demeanor

Requirements

• One to three years of bartending experience in a hotel or lounge setting
• ServSafe or TIPS Certificate
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions
• Ability to work flexible and long hours
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
