Bartender

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all bar service and ensure the area is properly stocked
• Maintain an organized and clean working environment in accordance with health department standards
• Prepare and serve all beverages according to company standards, recipes, and licensing laws
• Meet, greet, and interact with guests in a professional and efficient manner
• Assist in the creative development and innovation of cocktails
• Perform opening and closing duties, including stock control and cleaning
• Build rapport and relationships with members and guests
• Operate bar equipment including cocktail shakers, coffee machines, and POS systems

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years serving experience in a high-volume, service-driven restaurant environment
• Working knowledge of classic cocktails, wine varietals, and beer styles
• Flexible availability for AM and PM shifts, including weekends
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and hospitality-first mindset
