Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and beverages according to brand standards
• Maintain strong product knowledge of spirits, mixers, and bar techniques
• Engage guests with friendly, confident, and professional service
• Ensure bar setup, stock levels, and mise-en-place are maintained throughout shifts
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area
• Collaborate with barbacks and service staff to ensure smooth operations
• Handle guest requests, recommendations, and service recovery when needed
• Assist in developing seasonal drinks and menu enhancements

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume or casual dining venue
• Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, and beverage preparation
• Excellent communication and guest-engagement skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food safety or bar certification is an advantage
