Bartender

Responsibilities

• Create, mix, pour, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Execute drink production principles and follow recipes consistently
• Provide high-level customer service and build regular clientele
• Maintain effective cost and portion controls
• Ensure all surfaces and equipment are kept clean and in excellent condition
• Assist in table service and product ordering
• Comply with all federal, provincial, and municipal regulations regarding health and safety

Requirements

• 1 year cocktail bar experience
• Valid Ontario Smart Serve certification
• Strong English communication skills
• Basic math and POS system operation skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy trays
• Open scheduling availability including weekends
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
