Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with high standards of quality and presentation
• Monitor and maintain stock levels of beverages, garnishes, and glassware
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and offering drink recommendations
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and hygiene
• Accurately process customer payments and operate the POS system
• Create specialty cocktails showcasing creativity and expertise
• Ensure compliance with Singapore's liquor licensing laws and alcohol service policies
• Collaborate with bar, server, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Manage waste and minimize losses of ingredients and alcohol
• Contribute ideas for new drinks or seasonal specials

Requirements

• Experience in preparing specialty cocktails and high-quality beverages
• Ability to handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Knowledge of liquor licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
