Bartender

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine hospitality and a memorable experience for all guests
• Adhere to all laws and company policies regarding the service of alcohol
• Communicate effectively with customers to assist with food and beverage selections
• Execute drink orders accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain bar cleanliness and ensure the area is fully stocked for each shift
• Gain proficiency in all specialty cocktails and maintain enthusiasm for our offerings

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• At least 2 years of bartending experience required
• Expert knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine
• Strong knowledge of craft beers and cocktails
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for the duration of a full shift
• Possession of all required food and alcohol certifications as designated by location
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends

• Experience working in high-volume corporate environments
