Bartender

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine hospitality and expert beverage service in a fast-paced environment
• Adhere to all laws and company policies regarding the service of alcohol
• Communicate effectively with customers to assist with food and beverage selections
• Execute drink orders accurately and maintain proficiency in specialty cocktails
• Ensure the cleanliness of the bar area and manage setup and stocking for shifts
• Maintain a professional and enthusiastic attitude to create a memorable guest experience

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• At least 2 years of bartending experience required
• Expert knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine, including craft beer and cocktails
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for the duration of a full shift
• Possession of all required food and alcohol certifications as designated by location

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in high-volume corporate environments
