Bartender

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine hospitality and a memorable experience for all guests
• Adhere to all laws and company policies regarding the service of alcohol
• Communicate effectively with customers to assist with food and beverage selections
• Execute drink orders accurately and efficiently in a high-energy environment
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure proper setup and stocking for each shift
• Gain proficiency in all specialty cocktails and maintain enthusiasm for menu offerings

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• At least 2 years of bartending experience required
• Expert knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine, including craft beer and cocktails
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for the duration of a full shift
• Possession of all required food and alcohol certifications as designated by location
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-volume corporate environment
