Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests and events following quality and presentation standards
• Provide personalized customer service, including taking orders and offering recommendations on liquors and cocktails
• Manage bar supplies by requesting, receiving, and controlling necessary inputs for daily operations
• Organize and prepare mise en place before each shift
• Control inventory and beverage output at the end of each shift
• Perform cash register reconciliation and record consumption accurately
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and security of the bar area
• Research new trends in liquors and mixology to improve the bar offering

Requirements

• Technical degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Bartending
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles
• Advanced English proficiency
• Intermediate knowledge of Micros, Fidelo, and POS systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of inventory management and food handling
• Strong empathy and cordiality with customers
