Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, and beverages with consistency and excellence
• Ensure impeccable mise en place and maintain bar environment according to LQA standards
• Anticipate guest needs and offer personalized recommendations
• Build authentic rapport with guests and handle special requests with discretion
• Collaborate with the Bar Manager and F&B colleagues to support the team
• Contribute to revenue goals through upselling and precise inventory management
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience in a luxury bar or hospitality environment
• Solid mixology skills and passion for beverage trends
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• High motivation to grow within a luxury context
