Bartender

Responsibilities

• Create and serve cocktails with excellence, providing memorable experiences to guests in bars, restaurants, and events
• Ensure impeccable bar operation, maintaining mise en place, supplies, and high standards of organization and quality
• Ensure execution of recipes, product excellence, and compliance with Food Safety standards
• Contribute to high-performance operations by anticipating needs and supporting the team

Requirements

• High school diploma completed
• Technical course in Mixology, Cocktail Making, or Bartending
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender, preferably in luxury hotels or high-end gastronomy
• Knowledge of service techniques, spirits, and classic/contemporary mixology
• Fluent English
