Bartender

Responsibilities

• Guarantee service quality at the bar and beverage standards in compliance with Barrière group norms
• Prepare cocktails
• Supervise and guide commis staff
• Validate billing and verify cash drawer
• Ensure compliance with opening and closing procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bartender in a traditional restaurant
• Proficiency with Micros software
• Fluent English
• Strong customer service skills and interpersonal contact
