Bartender

Responsibilities

• Create a positive guest experience through authentic interaction and adherence to service standards
• Master food and beverage menus to provide informed recommendations
• Prepare and serve beverages promptly according to company standards
• Manage bar setup, teardown, and cleaning of equipment including dishwashers and cappuccino machines
• Maintain stock levels, including mis en place, beer kegs, and liquor
• Perform inventory counts and assist management with ordering
• Monitor and accommodate special guest requests and food allergies

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a similar environment
• Strong knowledge of wines, beers, and classic cocktails
• Ability to multi-task and provide excellent lounge service
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift/move beer kegs and liquor boxes
• Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Legally eligible to work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cocktail batching
