Bartender Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Participate in the setup and organization of the bar
• Prepare hot drinks, soft drinks, wines, and cocktails from the menu
• Ensure fast and high-quality service in coordination with the floor team
• Manage replenishment, tidying, and bar cleanliness
• Learn hygiene, safety rules, and professional best practices
• Assist in stock management and receiving goods
• Contribute to a friendly and professional customer experience

Requirements

• Preparing a CAP, BP, Bac Professionnel, or other diploma in hospitality/catering (bar specialty)
• Curious, motivated, and eager to learn from an experienced team
• Dynamic, rigorous, and a team player
• Strong sense of service and good presentation
• Previous experience in catering is a plus but not required
