Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks with consistency and flair
• Engage with guests in a warm, confident, and attentive manner to deliver exceptional customer service
• Set up and pack down the bar each shift, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and stock readiness
• Assist with stock rotation, inventory, and reporting low stock or supply needs
• Stay current with bar trends, seasonal offerings, and signature cocktails

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a cocktail bartender in a high-volume or premium venue
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktails, and bar techniques
• Confident and engaging interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach
• Current Victorian RSA Certificate
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cocktail menu development
