Bartender

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate, and friendly service while preparing high-quality beverages
• Follow all steps of service and prepare drinks according to recipe standards
• Maintain knowledge of drink names, ingredients, preparation methods, glassware, and garnishes
• Maintain expertise in wine lists, specialty beverages, scotches, cognacs, and beer lists
• Manage bar stock levels and complete daily inventory
• Verify guest age and ensure responsible beverage service
• Maintain a clean, orderly service area and follow sanitation guidelines

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
• Strong beverage knowledge
• Strong communication skills with English proficiency
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must pass a background check
