About the role
Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Handle reservations and guest inquiries
- Perform bartender duties and serve drinks
- Simple food service and preparation of light dishes
- Sales and upselling of hotel products and services
- Cash reconciliation and administrative tasks
- Ensure guests have a fantastic experience throughout their stay
- Responsibility for security and fire safety while on duty
Requirements
- Genuine interest in service and guest experiences
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Good collaboration skills
- Fluency in Norwegian or another Scandinavian language and English
- Must be over 20 years old
