Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers in the bar and restaurant
• Monitor and control bar operations and restaurant service
• Respect hygiene and safety rules regarding premises, equipment, and machine usage
• Apply group procedures to ensure expected service quality
• Promote the establishment's products and services
• Inform customers about upcoming events and visits
