Barman/Barmaid

Responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers on drinks, cocktails, and other bar products
• Prepare and serve orders following the establishment's quality standards
• Manage setup, cleaning, and bar maintenance before, during, and after service
• Manage stocks and place necessary orders in collaboration with the Bar Manager
• Create a friendly atmosphere and build customer loyalty

Requirements

• Hospitality and catering training with a specialized Barman certification
• Mastery of classic and modern cocktail preparation techniques
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
• Welcoming, dynamic personality with strong attention to detail
• Flexibility to work irregular hours
