Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and maintain the establishment's style and atmosphere
• Provide high-quality service to a diverse clientele
• Prepare cocktails, coffees, and homemade soft drinks with high standards of taste and presentation
• Assist with bar setup, including preparing cocktail bases and premixes
• Receive and organize merchandise deliveries
• Contribute to opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and organization
• Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of equipment
• Support the training and development of new bar staff
• Promote ecological practices and environmental awareness within the team

Requirements

• Significant experience working in a cocktail bar
• Fluent in French and English
• Rigorous, efficient, and detail-oriented
• Strong team spirit and willingness to learn
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage stress and maintain a positive attitude
• Commitment to environmental impact and sustainable practices
