Responsibilities

• Preparation and service of beverages, cocktails, spirits, and coffee products
• Table service in coordination with the dining room team
• Maintenance of cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment
• Providing personalized guest welcome following Relais & Chateaux standards
• Collaboration with F&B staff and other departments
• Management of bar stock and order formulation
• Use of POS systems for sales and payments

Requirements

• Hospitality or beverage sector certification
• Advanced mixology techniques and high-level beverage culture
• Proficiency in English
• Minimum 3 years experience in 4/5* hotels or Relais & Châteaux properties
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Guest-oriented mindset and attention to detail
• Knowledge of Selz or iSelz management systems is a plus
