Os Suspeitos do Costume is a brand focused on designing, developing, and managing unique, sustainable spaces with innovative concepts. Catch Me is a rooftop restaurant and bar in Lisbon that offers a window to the Tagus river, sharing dishes and snacks in a unique atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service and beverage preparation, including simple and complex cocktails
• Ensure quality, consistency, and correct service timing
• Act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating personality and cordiality with customers and team members
• Recommend menu items and wine selections to customers
• Maintain hygiene, conservation, and cleanliness of the service area and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards
• Monitor customer satisfaction and report feedback to the shift supervisor

Requirements

• Proven experience in high-volume cocktail bars (mandatory)
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Professional appearance and proactive attitude
• High sense of responsibility and teamwork skills
• Availability to work shifts, including nights and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Organized and cleanliness-oriented
