O Bom o Mau e o Vilão is a reference in the Lisbon nightlife scene, located in a restored 18th-century house in the heart of Cais do Sodré, offering a trendy atmosphere with live music, jazz, and cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service and bar tasks, including simple and complex beverage preparation
• Ensure quality, consistency, and correct service timing
• Act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating personality and cordiality with customers and the team
• Recommend menu items and wine selections to customers
• Maintain hygiene, conservation, and cleanliness of the service area and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards
• Monitor customer satisfaction and report feedback to the shift supervisor

Requirements

• Proven experience in high-volume cocktail bars
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented regarding cleanliness and service quality
