About the Company

LE METEOR is the new version of a historic Alsatian brasserie-restaurant. It is one of the largest brasseries in France, featuring over 900 seats and a 1600 m² surface area, offering traditional Alsatian cuisine and a dynamic team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks and create classic cocktails as well as new compositions
• Ensure bar supply and setup
• Provide service at the bar
• Maintain the bar and annexes in perfect state of cleanliness
• Clean and maintain equipment and glassware
