• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages
• Make recommendations to guests by demonstrating deep knowledge of the drink menu, ingredients, and flavors
• Mix and garnish drinks to satisfy guest preferences and hotel standards
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
• Integrate sustainability into all aspects of bar operations

Requirements

• Professional skills in the Bar area
• Knowledge of mixology and cocktails
• Mandatory formal education
• Experience in a similar role
• Good level of spoken English
