Responsibilities

• Produce all drinks on the menu including cocktails, coffees, and homemade soft drinks
• Assist the Head Bartender with management tasks
• Represent the brand style and maintain the establishment's ambiance
• Ensure customer satisfaction through courteous and stylish service
• Maintain ecological practices and environmental awareness within the team
• Prepare cocktail bases, premixes, and handle bar setup
• Receive and organize merchandise
• Contribute to opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and maintenance
• Support the training and skill development of new bar staff

Requirements

• Significant experience in a cocktail bar
• Fluent in French and English
• Rigor, efficiency, and attention to detail
• Strong team spirit and willingness to learn
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to manage stress and maintain a positive attitude
• Commitment to environmental issues and inclusive values
