Barkeeper

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and fast service operations at the bar and One Lounge
• Assist in organizing bar services and establishing operational standards in coordination with management
• Advise guests and actively sell One Lounge offerings to achieve revenue targets
• Support the ordering of food, beverages, and spirits for the bar area
• Conduct monthly inventory checks
• Collaborate with multicultural teams across different departments

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in hospitality or professional experience in the hotel/gastronomy industry
• Open and communicative demeanor with strong host qualities
• A passion for the hospitality industry
• Flexibility, creativity, and a high sense of quality even in stressful situations
• Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to support other departments
