Responsibilities

• Prepare daily mise en place, including bar setup and breakdown
• Serve drinks and prepare cocktails à la carte and for special events
• Assist in the optimization and further development of our bar offerings
• Provide professional advice and service to guests
• Collaborate closely with the service staff
• Handle high-quality brand products with care and awareness

Requirements

• Proven experience in gastronomy or working behind a bar
• Proficiency in both German and English
• Charming demeanor and excellent manners
• Willingness to work nights and weekends
• Physical fitness and a confident presence
