About the Company

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso beverages, cocktails, and other drink selections
• Welcome guests warmly and provide personalized beverage recommendations
• Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization in bar and café areas
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately through the POS system
• Monitor, restock, and manage bar and café inventory
• Collaborate with the wider hotel team to ensure smooth service flow
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Promote seasonal specials, signature drinks, and new menu items

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Barista or Bartender in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and cocktail service
• Excellent command of the English language
• Experience with MICROS or other POS systems preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in coffee or cocktail service
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
• Knowledge of additional languages
