Responsibilities

• WOW guests and exceed expectations to encourage repeat visits
• Provide fast, friendly service and consistent, quality products
• Follow procedures for maintaining proper food safety standards
• Create a welcoming environment through conversation and connection
• Prepare specialty coffee, espresso, and matcha beverages following recipes
• Educate guests on products and answer questions
• Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment
• Optimize workflow by restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise
• Maintain cleanliness of coworker and customer areas
• Demonstrate genuine appreciation to each customer
