Barista Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based drinks, smoothies, juices, and mocktails.
• Operate professional espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with proper technique.
• Greet guests courteously, take orders, and ensure timely delivery of beverages and light snacks.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized barista station and pool bar area.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and other bar supplies to ensure availability.
• Follow strict food safety and hygiene standards for all beverage handling and preparation.
• Assist the poolside service team during busy periods and support themed events.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a barista or similar beverage service role.
• Proven ability to operate professional espresso machines and brewing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and specialty beverage recipes.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and personal grooming.
• Capability to manage inventory and monitor stock rotation effectively.
