Sofive is the home of 5-a-side soccer, providing easy access to high-quality, all-season soccer centers. We are a growing startup developing state-of-the-art modern sport complexes with many more sites in the pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and deliver exceptional customer service
• Take and process beverage and snack orders accurately
• Prepare a wide range of coffee and tea beverages to customer specifications
• Ensure all food and beverage items meet quality, consistency, and timeliness standards
• Maintain and clean coffee equipment regularly
• Restock supplies and inventory as needed
• Keep workstations, kitchen, and dining areas clean and organized
• Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and service protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a barista or in food and beverage
• Basic knowledge of coffee roasting, brewing techniques, and beverage preparation
