Barista

Responsibilities

• Prepare all barista-prepared drinks to Pret standards
• Coach and train team members on coffee standards and drink preparation
• Engage with customers to share Pret's coffee story and menu
• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of the barista counter and equipment
• Manage waste levels for drink ingredients and monitor stock levels
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations
• Deliver high-quality service including latte art and efficient queue management
