Barista

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages following established recipe standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in the café, lounge, and patio areas
• Proactively engage with customers to deliver an exceptional hospitality experience
• Manage inventory by ordering coffee and bar supplies and restocking work areas
• Perform essential maintenance tasks including clearing tables, washing glassware, and managing trash
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain professional appearance and conduct
• Remain flexible to assist with special events, meetings, and floating between office locations as needed

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in food service or hospitality preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 30 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time
• Availability for overtime and flexible shifts, including last-minute requests for special events
• Successful completion of Tips Server Training within 30 days of employment
