Responsibilities

• Craft a wide range of specialty coffee beverages including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and cold brews
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of coffee menu, origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods
• Operate and maintain high-end espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
• Provide exceptional guest service in a luxury environment
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory of coffee supplies and handle cash transactions accurately
• Support opening and closing procedures and assist in developing seasonal drink specials
