Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality espresso pulling, coffee brewing, and latte art
- Perform regular machine calibration to ensure consistent beverage quality
- Share knowledge regarding coffee roasting processes with both colleagues and guests
- Act as an adaptable and collaborative team player within a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Barista and/or bartender in a busy establishment
- Technical proficiency in espresso extraction and milk texturing
- Knowledge of coffee roasting and brewing techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
