LAP (Life Among People) is a grab-and-go coffee chain operation in micro-size hubs. We are on a mission to make the specialty coffee experience more accessible, digital, and convenient by pairing the human touch with modern personalization.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and act as a generous host
• Upsell food and drinks to meet customer needs
• Produce coffee-based beverages, teas, and drinks according to service standards
• Operate the POS system
• Maintain shop cleanliness and organization
• Perform opening and closing duties

Requirements

• Strong customer service mentality
• Good organization and multitasking abilities
• Availability to work on weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Reliability and initiative
• Full fluency in English (mandatory)
• German language skills (strong plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialty coffee experience
