Barista

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to ensure high levels of service and meet experience goals
• Greet customers and answer questions regarding menu choices
• Promote and recommend menu items to drive sales
• Assist in cafe operations and adhere to brand standards
• Manage inventory and maintain stock levels
• Maintain equipment including espresso machines, brewers, and grinders

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a café, coffee shop, or restaurant
• Experience working in fast-paced environments
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills and a motivational attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
