Barista

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide drink menus
• Answer questions regarding ingredients and menu items
• Take detailed orders including coffee blends and dairy/sugar ratios
• Prepare beverages following specific recipes
• Serve beverages and prepared food items like pastries and muffins
• Process cash and credit card payments
• Maintain a clean bar area and stock of clean mugs and plates
• Monitor brewing equipment and report maintenance needs
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Communicate customer feedback to management

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista or Server
• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Basic math skills
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or relevant training
