Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service and a phenomenal first impression
• Execute recipe requirements to produce high-quality beverages
• Educate customers and staff on coffee, tea, and espresso offerings
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation and café area
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and ServSafe standards
• Stock stations to ensure smooth service and manage product levels
• Handle cash accurately following proper procedures
• Perform opening and closing duties according to checklists
• Minimize product waste and maintain a sense of urgency

Requirements

• 1 year of café experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to learn and apply new skills quickly
• Knowledge of bar cleaning and manual espresso equipment
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to work independently and make quality decisions
• Basic math computation skills
• Ability to lift or move up to 50lbs
• Previous experience with café POS systems
• Valid ServSafe certification or equivalent Food Handlers card
